The project concerns an apartment within a newly constructed building located in Piazza Archinto 7A, designed for a family of three. The intervention addresses a compact surface area, particularly in the living zone of 20 sqm, which accommodates both kitchen and living room within a single space.

The project works on the perception of space through a few targeted elements. A full-height mirrored wall amplifies depth and light, redefining the boundaries of the room. This is paired with a continuous fitted wall that integrates kitchen and living area into a single system, interrupted only by a concealed door that maintains visual continuity and order.

The other rooms are treated with an essential language, composed of clean volumes and light surfaces, onto which precise chromatic accents are introduced. The project thus creates a balance between neutrality and intensity, maintaining an overall light perception.

At the center of the living area, a custom-made piece of furniture with a top in recycled plastic introduces a distinctive material component. Its heterogeneous coloration becomes a connecting element among the different tones of the home.
The intervention defines a compact yet continuous space, where each element is part of a unified system that optimizes use without compromising spatial quality.
