Elisabetta Giusti and Francesca Olivoni founded Studio Foeg at the beginning of the 2025 after experiencing a solid collaboration. They merged their own studios Junko Architetti and Olivoni Architettura.
Today the main objective of Studio Foeg is to develop each project with critical thinking, independence and horizontal research between theory and practice.
Each project is born from the interaction and integration of the specific skills of all the members of the studio. Our long experience in the field of technical development of furnishings is transferred to every scale: from architecture to interiors, from installations to furniture and object design. The focus on the detail is combined with reliability, method and technical coordination skills.
The firm works both as a direct consultant for brands and as a technical consultant for suppliers, able to supervise production and installation processes.

Elisabetta Giusti was born in Florence and moved to Milan in 2012. She graduated in Architecture from the University of Florence and has since focused on the design of urban spaces, industrial products and visual identities. Over the years, she has collaborated with several architectural firms and contributed to design activities for Arup Italia. In 2016, she founded Junko Architetti in Milan.
The studio developed projects across residential, hospitality, commercial and workplace sectors, while cultivating a strong expertise in the design and engineering of bespoke furnishings, supporting companies in the development of innovative and functional solutions for retail spaces and installations.

Francesca Olivoni graduated from Politecnico di Milano in 2011 and began her professional journey within architectural design studios, focusing on the compositional process of residential projects. In 2014, she joined Sice Previt S.p.A. as a technical designer and project manager assistant, overseeing the realization of furniture and retail spaces for leading luxury brands.
Since 2018, she has redefined her professional path, renewing her collaborations with architectural firms in the luxury retail and hospitality sectors. Drawing on a well-established network and extensive experience, she founded Olivoni Architettura in 2022, working as an independent consultant.
